Watson Search Partners was established in August 2003 to provide a first class professional Search, Selection and Retention service, primarily to the Oil & Gas and House building sectors in Scotland. The Company is headquartered in Aberdeen but provides a fast response to Clients all over the country.

The underlying philosophy is to provide a seamless and transparent process in delivering consulting expertise to Recruitment assignments and Retention advisory services.

Much of our Recruitment work is targeted at Blue Chip clients who work in the international markets. However, our processes can be delivered in discrete elements which can also be attractive to the local SME market.

Our services are generally provided on a retained basis in order to foster a commitment to the assignment process. We feel that this also allows us to develop meaningful relationships with our Clients.
