This is generally called “Advertising”
and is offered to Clients when the positions to be recruited
for have a large target pool in the market. This method
can also be used for senior positions and is very useful
in augmenting the Search process. The use of advertising
throws the net out beyond the boundaries of the Consultant’s
existing network of contacts. It can also provide an
opportunity to advertise a Client’s logo to extend
their profile in the labour market. In many cases, however,
Clients wish to remain anonymous, and the use of a well
established Search brand with Copywriting expertise
is what attracts the target audience to read the advertisement.
As for the Search, an Assignment Brief document is
created. Draft Copy is produced and transmitted for
Client review and approval. We then work with our Advertising
Agents to secure a good placement in the appropriate
and agreed media. All responses are electronically received
and acknowledged. We sift all applications and make
arrangements to interview all suitable candidates in-depth.
The short-listed Candidate reports complete with CVs
are then submitted to the Client.
