Services

The services provided broadly fall into three distinct products relating to Recruitment through Search (Headhunting) Selection (Advertising) Assessment (Psychometric Testing) and Retention (Business Consulting).

All services are provided by the Principal Alan Watson and where appropriate other Search Partners or Business Consultants will be utilised. Candidates are the life blood of any people centred business and our service to them is to make them aware, where possible and appropriate, of opportunities with our Clients. In certain circumstances we will introduce certain candidates, on their approval, to some of our Clients in a highly controlled and discreet way.
